Here at 48Embroidery, we work with care and intention to bring you pieces that reflect craftsmanship and cultural heritage. Many of our items are produced by skilled artisans and refugee partners, while others are sourced to meet our quality standards. Each item is inspected and quality checked before shipment to ensure it meets our expectations. Due to the nature of our products, and the size of our business, all purchases are final sale.

Some of our items, such as Tatreez embroidery or ceramics, are handmade. Variations in stitching, pattern alignment, color, or finish are natural and not considered defects

Damaged or Defective Items 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and original packaging. All claims are reviewed on a case by case basis. If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Orders shipped internationally are non refundable once shipped, even if customs or carrier issues occur.
