Order Fulfillment

Here at 48Embroidery, we carefully prepare and inspect every order before shipment. Orders are typically processed within 3 – 4 business days, and some may ship within 72 hours. Processing times do not include shipping or transit time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations

We ship globally from Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. All orders are fulfilled from this single location.

Delivery Times & Estimates

Delivery times vary based on destination, courier chosen at checkout, and customs processing for international shipments. Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only. Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are beyond our control and depend on the courier and local postal services.

International Shipping, Customs, and Duties

Orders shipped outside of Canada, including to the United States, may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Once an international order has shipped, it cannot be refunded due to customs delays, border holds, or carrier processing.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, courier service issues, or incorrect/incomplete addresses. If a package has not arrived within 8 weeks of shipping confirmation, contact us and we will assist in opening a courier inquiry where possible.

Undeliverable Shipments

Orders that are refused, returned, or undeliverable due to unpaid duties, customs issues, or incorrect address information are not eligible for refunds.
